The single phase energy meter with rs485 is a new generation of miniature intelligent electric energy meters launched by our company, leveraging years of experience in electric meter design. This series of meters adopts a high-definition segmented LCD display and an RS485 communication interface to realize real-time data exchange with upper computers, enabling remote meter reading (with function of remote control for switching on/off and optional function of remote prepaid recharge). It greatly facilitates the automated management of electricity consumption.

Installation and Wiring
Wiring Diagram: Terminals 1-4 of the wall-mounted type are for power supply and load wiring (1 and 2 connect to L wire, 3 and 4 connect to N wire, directly connected to the load); terminals 9-12 are function terminals (9: Pulse Positive, 10: Pulse Negative, 11: 485A, 12: 485B).

Installation Precautions: Wiring must refer to the physical wiring diagram on the side of the meter, and it is recommended to use copper wire connectors for connection; for direct-connection meters, distinguish between incoming and outgoing wire directions, and tighten the screws to prevent poor contact from causing abnormal meter operation.

Production Process Flow
The following are the process flow of the single phase energy meter with rs485.
Component Procurement and Inspection
Procure core components such as potentiometers, shunts and LCD displays; screen qualified components through appearance inspection and performance testing to ensure raw material quality.
PCB Board Manufacturing and Welding
Manufacture PCB boards according to circuit design; weld components using SMT (Surface Mount Technology); after completion, conduct solder joint inspection to check for cold solder and missing solder issues, ensuring circuit conductivity.
Assembly and Initial Testing
Assemble PCB boards, casings, terminals and other parts into finished products; conduct power-on initial testing to check whether LCD display and basic metering functions are normal, and eliminate products with abnormal functions.
Accuracy Calibration and Aging Test
Use standard electricity calibration devices to calibrate the meter's accuracy to meet Class 1 accuracy requirements.
Final Inspection and Packaging
Conduct final inspection on products qualified in aging test, including appearance inspection, function retest and parameter verification; label qualified products and package products to ensure no damage during transportation.
